Mogilev (the centre of the Mogilev region in Republic of Belarus) is situated on the Dnepr river. It was found in 1267 and has population of 350,000. The main industries here are machine-building, food industry. Mogilev is an architectural monument of 17th century. The main sights of the city are the cloister with its Bogoyavlensky church, the Nikolay Church, the Drama Theatre, the Museum of Local Lore.
