The "Lovech" is a small town in north-central Bulgaria twined with Ryazan with population about 50 000 citizens. Lovech is the administrative centre of the Lovech region and Lovech municipality, 150 km from the capital Sofia. Near Lovech there are towns of Pleven, Troyan and Teteven.
