The Rossiya Hotel was founded in 1961. For over forty years it is one of the leading hotels in the city. It includes conference halls, restaurants and bars, a shopping centre and a beauty parlour.

The hotel can accommodate 700 guests in 409 rooms of the following categories: Standard Single and Double, Junior Suite, Suite, Apartment. Superior rooms have halls and living rooms, minibars, safes, colour TV-sets, international and interurban telephone connection. 24-hour room-service is available. Guests can call a taxi or order food from the hotel's restaurant at any convenient time.

The Golden Apple restaurant is a cozy place to meet friends or hold corporate parties and anniversary banquets. The restaurant features a fresh spring spirited environment, which is warm and cozy, and offers live music. The restaurant specializes in Russian and European cuisine. Various programs are offered, such as piano performances, modern music, folk music, dancing shows, comedy, fashion shows, wine-tasting sessions.

The conference centre consists of 8 new conference halls with up-to-date business facilities (multimedia projectors, simultaneous translation system, video-conference equipment etc.). The halls can accommodate from 10 to 250 people. Event participants and organizers may use the service centre facilities (copying, laminating, scanning, PC lease, Internet access etc.).
